刪除 POKERHERO 帳號

不必打開 App，也可以在這一頁永久刪除你的 POKERHERO（撲克工具箱）帳號：先用 Google 登入確認是你本人，再確認刪除即可。也可以在 App 內刪除：登入後點右上角的帳號圖示 →「刪除帳號」。
會刪除的資料
- 雲端同步的資料：戰績（記帳紀錄）、手牌複盤、筆記、訓練成績與設定。
- 帳號與登入身分：帳號本身、Email，以及 Google／Apple 登入的連結。
- 推薦碼綁定：你用過或綁定在這個帳號上的推薦碼關聯。
以上資料會立即從伺服器刪除；問題回報與付款紀錄中可識別你的資料會一併刪除或去識別化，系統備份中的副本會在 30 天內清除。
不受影響
你裝置上的本機資料（App 或瀏覽器裡的紀錄）不會被刪除。不需要的話，可以在 App 內自行刪除紀錄，或移除 App、清除瀏覽器的網站資料。
無法復原
刪除後無法復原。之後再用同一個帳號登入，會建立一個新的空白帳號，舊的雲端資料無法取回。
Pro 購買紀錄
在 App 內透過 Apple 或 Google 購買的 Pro，購買紀錄在你的 Apple／Google 帳號端，不會因為刪除帳號而退款；之後重新登入，在 App 的 Pro 升級畫面按「恢復購買」即可取回。其他直接綁定在這個帳號上的 Pro 授權，會隨帳號一併失效，無法恢復。
用 Apple 登入的帳號
這一頁只能用 Google 登入。Apple 登入的帳號請在 App 內（帳號選單 →「刪除帳號」）刪除，或來信 support@pokerhero.cc（請用註冊時的 Apple 轉寄信箱寄出，或在信中註明該信箱）。如果你已在 App 內把 Google 帳號連結到這個帳號，也可以直接在下方用那個 Google 帳號登入刪除。
Delete your POKERHERO account

You can permanently delete your POKERHERO (Poker Toolbox) account on this page without opening the app: sign in with Google to confirm it is you, then confirm the deletion. You can also do it in the app: signed in, tap the account icon in the header → “Delete account”.
What is deleted
- Your synced cloud data: sessions, hand reviews, notes, training results and settings.
- Your account and sign-in identities: the account itself, its email, and its Google / Apple sign-in links.
- Referral code links: any referral code you used or that is bound to this account.
This data is erased from our servers immediately; identifying information in feedback and payment records is deleted or de-identified, and copies in system backups are purged within 30 days.
What is not affected
Data stored locally on your devices (in the app or in your browser) is not deleted. If you no longer need it, delete the records in the app, uninstall the app, or clear this site's data in your browser.
This cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. If you sign in again later with the same account, a new empty account is created; the old cloud data cannot be recovered.
Pro purchases
Pro bought in the app through Apple or Google is recorded with your Apple / Google account and is not refunded when you delete your account; sign in again later and tap “Restore purchase” on the app's upgrade screen to get it back. Any other Pro entitlement tied directly to this account ends with it and cannot be restored.
Accounts that use Sign in with Apple
This page supports Google sign-in only. To delete an account that uses Sign in with Apple, use the app (account menu → “Delete account”) or email support@pokerhero.cc from the Apple relay address you registered with (or include that address in your email). If you have linked a Google account to it in the app, you can also sign in below with that Google account and delete it here.
